Welcome to the first edition of Wellness Wednesday.  I have teamed up with some creative bloggers to bring you some amazing, useful and actionable content to help you live a simple, natural and healthy lifestyle.

Let me introduce you to Andrea from Pine Tree Farmhouse,  Stephanie from Steph’s Social Pie, and Michelle from Garden of Aquarius.

We are bringing our best content to you to help you live a happier and healthier life.  Join us every other Wednesday for our best tips and tricks.

Cooking With Herbs and Herbal Rosemary Lemonade

Herbs are a simple and affordable way to add more flavor, antioxidants and nutrition to your cooking.  Many herbs are even considered superfoods because they are low in calories and high in nutritional and health benefits.  I usually opt for dried herbs because I haven’t mastered the art of cooking with fresh herbs.  I buy them with the best of intentions and then often throw the brown, slimy remnants of unused herbs into my trash ?

Thank goodness for Andrea because she is going to help us learn to use fresh herbs and make some delicious, healthy lemonade.  And it’s just in time for the warmer weather.  Once you learn how easy and delicious this is, you’ll never go back to store-bought lemonade.  Sorry Country Time.

Practically Free Homemade Vanilla Extract Recipe

Simplicity is the ultimate gift.  Our lives are complicated enough.  I cherish all things simple and uncomplicated.  I can’t believe I never knew how easy and inexpensive it was to make vanilla extract ?‍♀️.

I use vanilla extract in my smoothies and smoothie bowls every day.  I spend a ginormous amount of money on pure vanilla extract because you know I’m not down with that fake stuff.

Michelle from Garden of Aquarius has THE MOST SIMPLE recipe to make vanilla extract.  Once you see this, you’re going to wonder where it has been all your life!
