  1. Diffuse at home to lower stress levels when tension is high.
  2. Inhale deeply to experience its calming aroma.
  3. Apply to the skin while showering to enjoy its purifying skin benefits.
  4. Add a drop to regular tea to change it to Earl Grey tea.  Sip in a pretty (or sarcastic) teacup.
  5. Diffuse to relieve feelings of despair.
