Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric root, grated (or 1/2 tsp powder)
  • 1 tsp ginger root, grated (or 1/2 tsp powder)
  • pinch of black pepper
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey
  • 12 oz hot water
  • Optional essential oils (only use pure therapeutic grade essential oils)
  • 1 drop lemon
  • 1 drop ginger
  • 1 drop turmeric
  • 1 drop black pepper

Directions

  1. Boil water
  2. Add ingredients to your favorite teacup or mug.
  3. If using essential oils, mix them into the raw honey.
