Cooking With Herbs and Herbal Rosemary Lemonade

Herbs are a simple and affordable way to add more flavor, antioxidants and nutrition to your cooking.  Many herbs are even considered superfoods because they are low in calories and high in nutritional and health benefits.  I usually opt for dried herbs because I haven’t mastered the art of cooking with fresh herbs.  I buy them with the best of intentions and then often throw the brown, slimy remnants of unused herbs into my trash ?

Thank goodness for Andrea because she is going to help us learn to use fresh herbs and make some delicious, healthy lemonade.  And it’s just in time for the warmer weather.  Once you learn how easy and delicious this is, you’ll never go back to store-bought lemonade.  Sorry Country Time.

Practically Free Homemade Vanilla Extract Recipe

Simplicity is the ultimate gift.  Our lives are complicated enough.  I cherish all things simple and uncomplicated.  I can’t believe I never knew how easy and inexpensive it was to make vanilla extract ?‍♀️.

I use vanilla extract in my smoothies and smoothie bowls every day.  I spend a ginormous amount of money on pure vanilla extract because you know I’m not down with that fake stuff.
