Watermelon Cucumber Lime Mint Smoothie
Add the following to a blender (A high speed blender is a game changer. My life has not been the same since investing in a Vitamix. Another well known option is a Blendtec. You can find further information here: Vitamix or Blendtec)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber (peeled if non-organic)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of mint
- 1 tablespoon honey (raw local is best)
Blend until smooth. If it is still chunky, you can strain through a mesh colander.
